Thanks to your generous support, Lantern Hill was able to do the following things throughout this past year!
Host 250+ volunteers
Put in over 10,000 hours of service
Built 3 new rooms for children
Built Javier and Martha a 2 story home
Renovations to our community center
Complete phase 1 of Multi-Purpose Room
Built 1 new area for feeding program
Built a new cafeteria
Put a new roof on a house
Served over 2,000 lunches
Provided soccer uniforms to over 100 kids
Initiated English and Art Classes
Provided support to over 30 local families
Started clean water projects
Started ECO-friendly building practices
Started using a compost bin
and more!

Lantern Hill will be moving in some very new and exciting directions this year. We will continue to serve the people of Mexico through our Education, Nutrition and Care programs. There will be a new focus on development through our new “Building for Tomorrow” campaign to purchase and renovate our volunteer and community center in Colonia 89. We will also be striving to better support our servant families through sponsorship options, fund-raising events, and our new “Servant Support” opportunities for you to support the hands and feet of Lantern Hill! We will also be working hard to improve the quality of every servant trip to create lasting impressions on our participants to go into the world and make a positive change!
